This specimen was lot 21352 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2020), where it sold for $900. The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA. 10 Kopeks, 1923. NGC PROOF-64. A three year type issued by the R.S.F.S.R. A brilliant proof with mirrored fields, frosty devices, and light toning." This is the last of three dates issued by the communists. The last silver ten kopeks was issued in 1931.

Recorded mintage: 33,424,000 plus proofs.

Specification: 1.8 g, 0.500 fine silver.
