This specimen was lot 532 in Sincona sale 84 (Zürich, October 2023), where it sold for 500 CHF (about US$673 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"RUSSIA Russian Empire and Federation, 20 Kopecks 1907, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB EB. Uncirculated. Extraordinary condition with nice patina. From polished dies."

This type was struck 1867-93, 1901-14. Most dates, including this one, are common.

Recorded mintage: 20,000,000.

Specification: 3.60 g, 0.500 fine silver, this specimen 3.56 g.
