This specimen was lot 365 in Sincona sale 84 (Zürich, October 2023), where it sold for 20 CHF (about US$27 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSIA Russian Empire and Federation, 1/4 Kopeck 1843, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB. Very fine. From the Soedermann Collection."
This type was struck 1839-46 and has a modest catalog value.
