This specimen was lot 204 in Sincona sale 84 (Zürich, October 2023), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSIA Russian Empire and Federation, Kopeck 1802, Suzun Mint, KM. Novodel. Very rare. PCGS SP63 BN."
The SCWC lists numerous novodels for this year (KM N363 thru N368), likely inspired by the lack of any struck for circulation that year.
