This specimen was lot 1744 in Sincona sale 63 (Zürich, June 2020), where it sold for 225 CHF (about US$282 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA | Russian Empire and Federation | Elizabeth, 1741-1761. Poltina 1745, Red Mint, MMD. Rare. Fine-very fine." This type was struck 1741-49 at Moscow (shown here) and 1742-51 at St. Petersburg (KM C18.2, C18.3).
