This specimen was lot 3254 in Künker sale 353 (Osnabrück, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €1,900 (about US$2,644 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BRANDENBURG-PREUSSEN, PREUSSEN, KÖNIGREICH, Friedrich Wilhelm I. der Soldatenkönig, 1713-1740. 1/2 Dukat 1726, EGN, Berlin. Münzmeister Ernst Georg Neubauer. GOLD. Leichte Bearbeitungsspuren, sehr schön-vorzüglich. Exemplar der Auktion Möller 3, Kassel 1989, Nr. 344. (Germany, kingdom of Prussia, Frederick William I, the Soldier King, 1713-40, half ducat of 1726, Berlin mint. Lightly tooled, very fine to extremely fine.)"
This type is listed as rare. Issues of half ducats in Prussia, never prolific, terminated with this issue.
