This specimen was lot 22348 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Chicago, August 2019), where it sold for $80. The catalog description[1] noted, "CANADA. Prince Edward Island. 1/2 Penny Token, ND (1829). NGC AU-55 Brown. Obverse: a square-rigged bark sails right; reverse: "SHIPS COLONIES & COMMERCE". A few minor marks consistent with the assigned grade. Dark brown surfaces." This token is unlisted in the SCWC. It varies from an issue of 1835 in the flag waving from the ship's mizzen mast.
