This specimen was lot 23503 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2020), where it sold for $110. The catalog description[1] noted, "PORTUGAL. Tostao, ND (1656-67). Lisbon Mint. Alfonso VI. NGC EF-40. A rather deeply toned example, this crude strike exhibits some wear on the high points, but still offers a hint of underlying brilliance."
