This specimen was lot 5363 in Künker sale 386 (Osnabrück, March 2023), where it sold for €260 (about US$336 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"PFALZ, KURFÜRSTENTUM, Karl Ludwig, 1648-1680. 60 Kreuzer (Gulden) 1673, Heidelberg. Hübsche Patina, kl. Zainende, sehr schön. (electorate of the Palatinate, Charles Louis, 1648-80, sixty kreuzer or gulden of 1673, Heidelberg mint. Handsome patina, minor clip, very fine.)"
This type was struck 1660-73 and 1676 and is moderately priced. It was accompanied by a fifteen kreuzer (KM 98) and a thirty kreuzer or half gulden (KM 100). Those seeking Pfalzische coinage from this period will find the thalers very expensive.
