The catalog description^[1] noted, "Papua New Guinea. 100 Kina, 1984. 100th Anniversary-Founding of British and German Protectorates. Choice Brilliant Proof." This is a product of the Franklin Mint, which struck most of Papua New Guinea's coinage 1975-84.
