This specimen was lot 72274 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, June 2022), where it did not sell. The catalog description^[1] noted, "PAPUA NEW GUINEA. 100 Kina, 1979-FM. Pennsylvania (Franklin) Mint. NGC PROOF-69 Ultra Cameo." This NCLT was struck, packaged and sold by the Franklin mint.

Recorded mintage: 3,492 proofs plus 286 uncirculated.

Specification: 9.57 g, 0.900 fine gold, 0.2769 troy oz AGW.
