Papal States 1759 1/2 scudo

from the Tom Fitzgerald Collection

This type was issued 1773 only for Clement XII, and is the only half scudo of his reign other than a scarce issue of 1760. This type is not listed as expensive in the condition shown here but is rare nicer than Very Fine.
