This specimen was lot 647 in Jean Elsen sale 132 (Brussels, March 2017), where it sold for €220 (about US$279 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ITALIE, ETATS PONTIFICAUX, Benoît XIV (1740-1758), (Prospero Lambertini), AV zecchino, 1746, Rome. D/ Armoiries. R/ L'Eglise trônant sur une nuée. Presque Très Beau. (Italy, Pontifical State, Benedict XIV (1740-58), gold zecchino of 1746, Rome mint. Obverse: arms; reverse: the Church enthroned on a cloud. About very fine.)"
This type was struck 1741-56 and is among the more common of papal ducats.
