Papal States 1740 baiocco KM-920

This type was minted in Rome in 1740 after the death of Clement XII. The SCWC mentions a baiocco (KM 1154) for Benedict XIV (Clement's successor) but no sede vacante issue. We have attributed this coin to KM 920 presuming that it is the one the SCWC intended. Berman mentions two baiocchi, one (2721) with a cartouche reverse and the other (2722) with a laurel wreath reverse. Both are scarce. One hundred baiocchi made a scudo.
Recorded mintage: unknown.
Specification: 10.6 g, copper.
Catalog reference: KM 920, Ber-2721.
