This specimen was lot 1849 in Künker sale 263 (Osnabrück, June 2015), where it sold for €800 (about US$1,034 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"KIRCHENSTAAT/VATIKAN Alexander VII. 1655-1667. Testone o. J. Rom. Attraktives Exemplar, winz. Zainende, fast vorzüglich. (Papal States, Alexander VII, 1655-67, undated testone of the Rome mint. Attractive, hairlines, choice extremely fine.)"

This type was minted during the reign of Alexander VII (1655-67). It is rather expensive in the condition shown. The testone was thirty baiocchi, while the piastra, the Italian equivalent of the German thaler, was 105 baiocchi (3½ testone). The second specimen was lot 5027 in Künker sale 441 (Osnabrück, March 2026), where it sold for €850 (about US$1,169 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[2] noted,

"ITALIEN, KIRCHENSTAAT/VATIKAN Alexander VII., 1655-1667. Testone o. J., Rom. In US-Plastikholder der NGC mit der Bewertung MS 62 (2144678-008). Attraktives Exemplar mit hübscher Patina, winz. Schrötlingsfehler, vorzüglich +. (Italy, Papal State, Alexander VII, 1655-67, undated testone, Rome mint. Graded NGC MS-62. Attractive example with handsome patina, minor planchet flaws, extremely fine or better.)"

Specification: 9.59 g, silver, 0.917 fine.
