This specimen was lot 34103 in Heritage sale 3035 (Long Beach, September 2014), where it sold for $587.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "Papal States. Sixtus IV Grosso ND (1471-84) XF45 PCGS, Rome mint. Saints Peter and Paul are standing on obverse, reverse displays Papal arms." After 1740, a grosso was 1/20 of a scudo.
