This specimen was lot 3032 in Sincona sale 57 (Zürich, May 2019), where it sold for 600 CHF (about US$714 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"ITALY | Vatican - Church State, Eugen IV. 1431-1447. Grosso o. J. Roma. Selten. Sehr schön-vorzüglich. Feine Patina. (Papal States, Eugene IV, 1431-47, undated grosso, Rome mint. Rare, Very fine-extremely fine, Nice toning.)"

Berman lists four different grossi (303, 304, 305, 306) for this pope, all scarce.
