Stephen Album internet sale 28, lot 813

This specimen was lot 813 in Stephen Album internet sale 28 (Santa Rosa, CA, July 2024), where it did not sell. The catalog description^[1] noted, "OMAN: Qaboos bin Said, 1970-2020, AR omani rial, ND (2007), 40th Anniversary of First Oil Export from Oman, Choice Proof, ex Dr. Wolfgang Schuster Collection." Qaboos died in 2020, aged 79 years, after a fifty year reign. He was succeeded by his first cousin, Haitham bin Tariq Al Said. A number of his NCLT's lack AH dates, surprising for a country so overwhelmingly Muslim. This one, altho it is an anniversary commemorative, is not dated at all.
