This specimen was lot 3547 in Goldberg sale 67 (Los Angeles, January 2012), where it sold for $4,600. The catalog description[1] noted, "German States - Nuremberg. Ducat, 1792. Bust of Franz II right. Reverse: Female standing with Emperor. Reflective fields with bright original mint luster. Rare. NGC graded MS-61." Two ducats were issued in 1792, both rare; the other features a city view.

Recorded mintage: unknown but rare.

Specification: 3.5 g, 0.986 fine gold.
