This specimen was lot 11145 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "NORWAY. 2 Skilling, 1719. Kongsberg Mint. Frederik IV. NGC VF Details--Cleaned. Scarce date. From the L. E. Bruun Collection." This type was struck 1719-25 in substantial quantities and is not rare in worn condition. One specie daler was six mark or 96 skilling.
