This specimen was lot 72434 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Santa Ana, CA, October 2020), where it sold for $95. The catalog description[1] noted, "NETHERLANDS. Cent, 1864. Utrecht Mint; privy mark: sword. William III. PCGS MS-63 Red Brown Gold Shield. A sharply struck Cent with abundant bright mint luster in the protected areas." This type is listed for 1860-77. This type, struck for William III (1849-90) is virtually indistinguishable from those struck for William I (KM-47). This date is scarce but not rare. In 1877, the cent was reduced to 2.5 g (KM 107.1).
Recorded mintage: 2,026,000, a better date.
Specification: 3.70 g, copper, 22 mm diameter.
Catalog reference: KM-100, Sch-689.
