This specimen was lot 1153 in Aureo y Calicó sale 447 (Barcelona, March 2025), where it sold for 65 € (about US$85 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "1615. Felipe III. Pamplona. 4 cornados. Without P to the right of F4I. MBC+ [choice very fine]." This type was struck for Navarre 1608-21. The reverse legend is "INS[signi]A [regni] NA[varrae]". It should have the mintmark "P A" which is very clear on this example from 1617. According to Numista, one real was eighteen of these coins.
