This specimen was lot 1265 in Stephen Album sale 43 (Santa Rosa, CA, May 2022), where it sold for $510. The catalog description[1] noted, "NASSAU: Duke Adolph, 1839-1866, BI 3 kreuzer, 1839, lightly toned, NGC graded MS63." Nassau-Weilburg merged with Nassau-Usingen in 1816 and was later annexed by Prussia after siding with the Austrians in the war of 1866. This pattern is not priced in the SCWC.
