This specimen was lot 78105 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, November 2025), where it sold for $145. The catalog description[1] noted, "ITALY. Naples & Sicily (as the Two Sicilies). 20 Grana, 1856. Naples Mint. Ferdinando II. PCGS MS-63." The Kingdom of the Two Sicilies was annexed to Italy in 1860 but remains poor, backward and corrupt. This type was struck 1839-59 and is supposedly common in circulated condition.
