This specimen was lot 3752 in Künker sale 264 (Osnabrück, June 2015), where it sold for €34,000 (about US$43,921 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BISTUM Christoph Bernhard von Galen, 1650-1678. 6 Dukaten 1661, Münster, auf die Einnahme der Stadt. à Rmo· CELsmo· D D · CHRISTOPH · BERN · EP ·° ET · PRINCIPE · MONAST · Ao· MDCLXI Stadtansicht, oben das Brustbild des heiligen Paulus mit Schwert in Wolken, im Abschnitt drei Zeilen Schrift: MONAST · WESTPH / AD · OBED REDVC / TVM ·//PROTECTOR · MEVS · ET · IN · IPSO · SPERAVI · QVI · SVBDIT · POPVLVM · MEVM · SVB · ME · Psal 143 Fünffach behelmtes, sechsfeldiges Wappen (Stromberg/Münster/Borkelo) mit dem Familienwappen von Galen als Mittelschild, dahinter Krummstab und Schwert gekreuzt.
