This specimen was lot 600 in Sincona sale 69 (Zürich, May 2021), where it sold for 100 CHF (about US$133 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"INDIA | Mewar | Britisches Protektorat. Fatteh Singh, VS1941-1986 (1884-1929 AD). 1 Rupee VS 1985 (1928 AD). Thick Characters. NGC MS64. (India, rana of Mewar, Fatteh Singh, 1884-1929, one rupee of VS 1985. Uncirculated.)"

Mewar (or Mewad) is a region in the south-central part of Rajasthan state of India. It includes the present-day districts of Bhilwara, Chittorgarh, Pratapgarh, Rajsamand, Udaipur, Pirawa Tehsil of Jhalawar District of Rajasthan, Neemuch and Mandsaur of Madhya Pradesh and some parts of Gujarat. Mewar State (also known as Udaipur State) was an independent state in northwestern India prior to the formation of the Indian Republic in 1949. This type was accompanied by a half rupee, quarter rupee, eighth rupee (two annas) and sixteenth rupee (one anna).
