This specimen was lot 1738 in Goldberg sale 106 (Los Angeles, September 2018), where it sold for $1,980. The catalog description[1] noted, "German States: Mainz. Goldgulden, ND. Adolf I Von Nassau, 1372-1390. St. Martin on throne. Reverse: Wheel shield in trilobe. Sharply struck with original mint fresh luster. NGC graded MS-65." This archbishop issued ducats from Bingen and Hochst.
