This specimen was lot 6494 in Künker sale 354 (Osnabrück, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €2,400 (about US$3,340 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"REICHSGOLDMÜNZEN, LÜBECK, Freie und Hansestadt. 10 Mark 1906. Vorzüglich. (Germany, free city of Lubeck, ten mark of 1906, extremely fine.)"
This type was struck 1905-06 and 1909-10 and is expensive.
Recorded mintage: 10,000 + 216 proofs.
Specification: 3.98 g, 0.900 fine gold, .115 troy oz AGW.
