This specimen was lot 3098 in Sincona sale 39 (Zürich, May 2017), where it sold for 200 CHF (about US$240 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"Lübeck, Stadt, Taler 1619. Sehr schön. Kleiner Schrötlingsfehler. (Germany, city of Lubeck, thaler of 1619. Very fine. Minor planchet defect.)"

This type is listed for 1612-19 and is fairly common for a thaler from this town on the Baltic Sea.
