This specimen was lot 4241 in Künker sale 406 (Osnabrück, March 2024), where it sold for €24 (about US$32 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"LÖWENSTEIN-WERTHEIM-VIRNEBURG, GRAFSCHAFT, Eucharius Kasimir, 1681-1698. 1 Kreuzer 1692, Wertheim. Schrötlingsfehler am Rand, sehr schön. (county of Löwenstein-Wertheim-Virneburg, Eucharius Kasimir, 1681-1698, one kreuzer of 1692, Wertheim mint. Edge defect, very fine.)"
This is the only kreuzer of the seventeenth century from this insignificant locale wedged between Mainz and Wurzburg.
