This specimen was lot 73529 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, June 2021), where it sold for $80. The catalog description[1] noted, "JAMAICA. 10 Cents, 1986. PCGS SPECIMEN-67 Gold Shield. Steely gray and highly brilliant, this specimen exhibits a slight matte nature on account of some rather extensive die polishing. Ex: Kings Norton Mint Collection." This type was struck at Llantrisant 1969-72, 1975-89 and at the Franklin mint 1971-84. All dates are common.

Recorded Mintage: 21,677,000.

Specification: 5.65 g, copper-nickel, 23.6 mm diameter.
