This specimen was part of lot 1254 in Goldberg sale 116 (Los Angeles, June 2020), which sold for $990. The catalog description[1] noted, "Israel. Gold 10 New Sheqalim, plus Silver 1 and 2 New Sheqalim, 2002. KM-358-356. Volunteering. Heart in hands. In custom presentation case. Lot of 3 coins. Choice Brilliant Proof." This NCLT was accompanied by a two new sheqalim (KM 357) and a silver new sheqel (KM 356).

Recorded mintage: 617 proofs, Ottawa mint.

Specification: 16.96 g, 0.917 fine gold, 30 mm diameter, 0.500 troy oz AGW.
