Ireland 1806 5 pence token

This specimen was lot 23070 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2020), where it sold for $156. The catalog description[1] noted, "IRELAND. Silver 5 Pence Token, 1806/5. George III. PCGS MS-62 Gold Shield. Bank Token, with clear overdate. SCWC mentions only about 5 are known. A decently struck little token with dark gray toning throughout." These silver tokens were struck 1805-06. It says "BANK TOKEN" but it doesn't specify which bank. We don't know the exchange rate between five pence Irish and its English equivalent.
