This specimen was lot 1239 in Sincona sale 85 (Zurich, October 2023), where it sold for 140 CHF (about US$189 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"IRAN, Sultan Ahmad Shah, 1327-1344 AH (1909-1925). 1000 Dinars 1343 AH (1924/1925 AD), Tehran Mint. Bust type. Extremely fine-uncirculated. Altered surface. From the Kian collection, auction SINCONA 49, October 2018, lot 261. Bought from Spink & Son, London, 1996."
This type was struck AH 1331-1344 during the reign of Ahmad Shah (r. 1909-25). Ahmad Shah left for Europe in 1923 and was absent during the coup of 1925 which ousted him.
