This specimen was lot 1937 in Goldberg sale 115 (Los Angeles, February 2020), where it sold for $252. The catalog description[1] noted, "Iran. Toman, AH1237 (1821). Fath Ali Shah, 1797-1834. Arab legend on each side. PCGS graded About Uncirculated Details (Tooled)." This type was struck at Barujerd (KM 753.1), Hamadan (KM 753.3), Kashan (KM 753.5), Kirmanshahan (KM 753.7), Qazvin (KM 753.8), Rasht (KM 753.9), Shiraz (KM 753.10), Tabriz (KM 753.11), Yazd (KM 753.13), Yerevan (KM 753.15), Zanjan (KM 753.14) and others. Neither the cataloguers or we were able to attribute this example by mint.
