This specimen was lot 2199 in Goldberg sale 122 (Los Angeles, June 2021), where it sold for $600. The catalog description[1] noted, "India-British. Rupee, 1917 (C). George V. Sharp brilliant mint luster. PCGS graded MS-65+." The rupees of George V were struck 1912-22 and 1935-36 and most dates are common. Proofs are rare.
