Victoria. NGC MS-64. A beautiful near-Gem specimen, this wholesome piece delivers rich details and charming luster, with a bold and beautiful eye appeal throughout the flan." This type was issued at Calcutta and Bombay 1877-1901 in a bewildering array of varieties, including proofs, off-metal strikes and restrikes. This specimen is a product of the Calcutta mint. The mintmark is an incuse "B". The Calcutta mint contributed another 6,971,000 in 1893.
