This specimen was lot 2329 in Goldberg sale 91 (Los Angeles, June 2016), where it sold for $529. The catalog description[1] noted, "Hungary. 20 Korona, 1896-KB NGC MS64. Franz Joseph I. Standing ruler. NGC graded MS-64." This type, issued 1892-1915, superseded the eight forint and was about 5% heavier.
Recorded mintage: 1,022,740.
Specification: 6.775 g, 0.900 fine gold, .196 troy oz AGW, 21 mm diameter.
