This specimen was lot 1668 in Künker sale 352 (Osnabrück, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €420 (about US$585 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"KAISERREICH ÖSTERREICH, Franz Josef I. 1848-1916. 20 Kronen 1901, KB, Kremnitz. GOLD. Winz. Randfehler, sehr schön-vorzüglich. (empire of Austria-Hungary, Francis Joseph I, 1848-1916, twenty corona of 1901, Kremnitz mint. Minor edge nicks, very fine to extremely fine.)"
This type, issued 1892-1915, superseded the eight forint and was about 5% heavier.
