This specimen was lot 1267 in Jean Elsen sale 124 (Brussels, March 2015), where it sold for €570 (about US$711 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SAINT EMPIRE, Charles VI (1711-1740), AV ducat, 1738 KB, Kremnitz. Type hongrois. Droit: L'empereur debout à droite, tenant un sceptre et un globe crucigère. Revers: La Madone à l'enfant sur une nuée. Fine griffe au droit et coups sur la tranche. Superbe. (Holy Roman Empire, Charles VI (1711-40), gold ducat of 1738, Kremnitz mint, Hungarian type. Obverse: the emperor standing, facing right, bearing a scepter and an orb; reverse: Madonna and child on a cloud. Fine scratch on the obverse and rim nick, extremely fine.)"
