This specimen was lot 72423 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Santa Ana, CA, May 2017), where it sold for $352.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "HUNGARY. 1/4 Thaler, 1695-KB. Leopold I. NGC MS-63. Nice strike with lovely iridescent toning." This variety, struck 1694-1700, is listed as one of the more common quarter thalers of the period. Hungary in 1695 had been freshly reconquered by the Austrians from the Turks but was not part of the Empire.
