Holland 1732 ducat Fr-250
This specimen was lot 2125 in Jean Elsen sale 163 (Brussels, November 2025), where it sold for €480 (about US$555 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"NEDERLAND, HOLLAND, Provincie, AV dukaat met de ridder, 1732. Vz/ Staande ridder n.r. met zwaard en pijlenbundel. Kz/ Tekst in versierd vierkant. (Netherlands, province of Holland, gold ducat of 1732. Obverse: standing knight right with sword and bundle of arrows; reverse: inscription on tablet. Fine - Very Fine.)"
This denomination was struck in this style 1672-74, 1683-88, 1691-94, 1698-99, 1702-09, 1715-48. Later issues were milled.
