This specimen was lot 71415 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Santa Ana, CA, October 2019), where it sold for $288. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Hamburg. 4 Schilling, 1797-OHK. Francis II. NGC MS-66. Highly lustrous and brilliant, this stunning Gem is the finest listed in the NGC census. A hint of golden toning augments its already radiating appeal." This one year tye is fairly common. Hamburg issued a series of minor coinage in one, two, four, eight, 16, 24 and 32 schilling, with 48 schilling = one thaler. For 1797, only the four and 32 schilling were issued.
