This specimen was lot 75202 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, May 2025), where it sold for $504. The catalog description[1] noted, "GUINEA. 1000 Francs, 1969. PCGS PROOF-68 Deep Cameo. John F. & Robert Kennedy; 10th anniversary of independence series. From the Carola J. Ponterio Collection." This NCLT was struck 1969-70. The regime had this and several other NCLT's made in 1970 but has issued little coinage since.
