This specimen was lot 43226 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2019), where it sold for $1,680. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREECE. 2 Drachmai, 1911. PCGS MS-64. Highly coveted in this near-Gem certified quality, with dusky tone over surfaces that are obviously lustrous and minimally marked upon close inspection. Very exciting as the single finest certified example we've seen offered in auction." This the first two drachmai issued since 1883 and the last one struck in silver. It was accompanied by a one drachma of 1910-11 (KM 60), also minted in Paris.

Recorded mintage: 1,500,000.

Specification: 10 g, 0.835 fine silver.
