Llantrisant Mint. NGC PROOF-70 Ultra Cameo. Stunningly designed with traditional cameo features on the side with Elizabeth II's bust and uniformly frosted, satiny surfaces on the side that features a modernized Britannia "Una" and the Lion motif.
