The catalog description[1] noted, "Great Britain: Elizabeth II gold Proof '40th Anniversary' 5 Pounds 1993 PR68 Ultra Cameo NGC. Struck for the 40th anniversary of the Queen's reign. From the George Hans Cook Collection." This type was struck in multiple metals and the copper-nickel version may even may circulated.
