This specimen was lot 33139 in Heritage sale 3064 (Chicago, April 2018), where it sold for $1,920. The catalog description^[1] noted, "Edward VII Shilling 1904 MS64 PCGS. A fine specimen, with none currently graded higher at PCGS or NGC. Frosty and highly attractive." This type was struck 1902-10 in substantial numbers but nice specimens are scarce.

Recorded mintage: 2,040,000, a better date but 1905 is the key.

Specification: 5.66 g, 0.925 fine silver, 23.5 mm diameter.
