This specimen was lot 73429 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2023), where it sold for $288. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREAT BRITAIN. 6 Pence, 1891. London Mint. Victoria. NGC MS-66. Tied for the finest certified example at NGC. This Gem shows with attractive gray toning throughout with a good amount of underlying luster remaining." This sixpence with the "Jubilee head" of the queen was issued 1887-93. All the dates are common except the 1893.

Recorded mintage: 7,023,000.

Specification: 2.82 g, 0.925 fine silver, 19.5 mm diameter.
