This specimen was lot 75019 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2022), where it sold for $504. The catalog description[1] noted, "NETHERLANDS. Gelderland. Ducat, 1599. NGC VF-25. A decently struck Ducat, on a wavy flan with the typical patches of low detail. The coin is well centered and sports a dark golden color with hints of orange." This type was struck 1586-1600, 1637-67, 1686 and is fairly common.
